These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the store. By accessing the store and purchasing its products, the customer acknowledges and fully accepts them of their own legally recognized free will, as outlined below:

Ordering & Purchasing:

All products are sold subject to store inventory availability.
The store reserves the right to reject an order in the event of a technical error that leads to financial harm to the store owner regarding product pricing.
Prices are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

Payment:

Full payment must be completed prior to shipping the products.
We utilize secure payment gateways, and the store bears no liability for any errors resulting from third-party payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders are delivered to the specified address within the set timeframe whenever possible, according to the following:

Same-Day Delivery (Riyadh): Orders placed within the city of Riyadh qualify for same-day delivery, provided the order is completed before 8:00 PM.
Outside Riyadh: Orders outside Riyadh are delivered according to the terms of the issued shipping waybill.
Note: Unforeseen delays beyond our control may occur (such as severe weather conditions or third-party shipping company issues).

Returns & Exchanges:

Customers have the right to return or exchange products (unused and in their original condition) within a period not exceeding 7 days from the purchase date.
Products related to pet health and safety (such as opened pet food) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and health reasons.

"Leen" Initiative: This initiative aims to facilitate feeding stray cats by offering suitable prices for select pet products. Please note that it covers specific products only and is subject to inventory availability.
